Can I combine discount codes?

Only one promotional code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promo codes, automatic discounts, or ongoing sale campaigns.

If a sitewide or automatic campaign is active, additional discount codes cannot be applied at the same time.

Promo codes are valid only during their stated promotional period. They cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or used after the campaign has ended.


I received a discount code via email, but there is an ongoing sale. Can I still use my code?

Discount codes cannot be combined with active sale campaigns. We recommend taking advantage of the current promotion and saving your personal code for a future purchase.


I forgot to use my discount code. Can it be added afterwards?

If the code was valid and the campaign conditions were met at the time of purchase, please contact our Customer Care team and we will review your request.


General Conditions

Promotions are valid exclusively at www.naturelleshop.com.

We reserve the right to correct pricing and typographical errors. We are not obligated to sell products at incorrectly displayed prices.

Sale campaigns and automatic discounts do not apply to all brands. Brand exclusions may apply.


Gift Campaign Terms

During gift campaigns, the gift will be automatically added to qualifying orders unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Limit of one gift per order and per customer.

  • The minimum order value must be met after discounts have been applied.

  • Unless specified, the gift does not need to be manually added to the cart.

The gift may not be visible in the order confirmation but will be included in the shipment.

We reserve the right to withhold the gift if the campaign conditions are not met at checkout and to substitute the gift item if it becomes unavailable.


Can I change the offered gift or keep it if I return my order?

Gifts cannot be exchanged. In the event of a return, the gift must also be returned.

Please note that gifts are not eligible for separate returns, exchanges, or refunds.


Samples

We are happy to provide samples upon request. You may add your request in the order notes at checkout or contact our Customer Care team.

While we do our best to accommodate all requests, samples may not be available for every product.

Shipping

Yes! To ship internationally, we partner with Global-e. Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows {Merchant} to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item. If they are already included in the product price, there will be a note at checkout clarifying. ​Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. ​It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.

Not satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry, we know that sometimes it's hard to shop online. You have the right to return your order within 14 days from receiving it, if the products are unopened and unused.
