Use
1. Use a Finishing Powder Brush and dip into the jar collecting a small amount of powder on the end of the brush.
2. Swirl the brush into the lid, working the powder evenly into brush. Tap off any excess powder before using downward strokes to apply to the face.

Stunning powder. Extremely lightweight and soft and very finely milled. I'm 56 and am using it to set undereye concealer and take away shine. It's excellent at both of these. I don't know about flashback or anything because I don't use it for photography etc. It does have a light scent, kind of like baby powder. It dissipates after a few minutes and you don't notice it once applied, but I mention it for people who are sensitive to fragrance, as I am. Also it does not irritate the sensitive skin around my lash line where I use concealer. Expensive but worth it.
