Delivery time

At checkout, you can choose between DHL Express and Standard Courier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

DHL Express (3-5 business days) and Standard Courier (5-10 business days). Please note that during promotional periods, short delays may occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by DHL and have no control over their delivery times.

We process and pack all orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are determined by the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout, along with any applicable customs fees.

Please note that all additional fees, including customs duties, are the responsibility of the recipient, and we are unable to refund any customs charges. We recommend checking your country’s specific import limits before placing your order.

Orders shipped within the EU will not incur customs fees, as we ship from Finland, EU.

Undelivered packages

A processing fee of €19 will be charged for orders returned to us as undelivered. This applies in cases where the customer fails to collect the shipment or refuses to accept it due to additional customs or shipping charges.

The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions

Ordering to Turkey

Unfortunately, shipping to Turkey is not possible due to Turkish regulations. 

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options: Standard Courier and DHL Express. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, while DHL Express delivery generally takes 2-4 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by DHL. Additionally, we are not obligated to provide compensation for extended delivery times.

Fast delivery with DHL Express (On-Demand Delivery)

  • Delivery time depends on your country, but orders are usually delivered within 2-4 business days.
    If there are delays in the delivery of your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for DHL's own delays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification. 
  • DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. If it doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place. 

 

 

 

DHL will store the shipment for a short time only. If the shipment is not delivered within the storage period, it will be returned to the sender. The fee for the undelivered package is €19 and will be charged upon return process.

Available payment methods depend on the destination country. We accept the most common payment cards and offer an invoice option in some countries. You can see the payment methods available for your country at checkout.

If you're experiencing difficulties with payment, such as your credit card being declined or other checkout issues, we recommend trying the following steps to complete your purchase:

  • Select Shop Pay at checkout (blue button).

  • Refresh the page.

  • Try using a different browser or device, as errors may occur, particularly with Safari.

Returns policy

We offer a 14-day return period for all unopened and unused items. Please note that once products are opened, they are not eligible for a refund.

Additionally, we reserve the right to withhold shipments to customers with a high return rate.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item. If they are already included in the product price, there will be a note at checkout clarifying. ​Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. ​It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.

Not satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry, we know that sometimes it's hard to shop online. You have the right to return your order within 14 days from receiving it, if the products are unopened and unused.
