DELIVERY TIME

You can choose DHL Express or Standard Courier at checkout. Estimated delivery time with DHL Express is only 3-5 business days and with Standard Courier 4-7 business days. Please note that short delays may occur during promotions. We are not responsible for DHL's own delays and have no control over them.

We process and pack all orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Packages are not sent on weekends. For example, if your order is placed on Friday after 12 pm or on the weekend, it will be shipped on Monday.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees vary based on location. You will see the delivery fee and possible customs fees at checkout. 

All additional fees are paid by the recipient. We will not refund any customs fees. We recommend to check your country-specific limits before placing the order. 

 We ship from Finland, EU, so no customs fees are added on EU orders.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

We charge a processing fee of €19 for orders that are returned to us undelivered.

Such situations include when the customer does not pick up the shipment or does not want to receive it due to additional customs or shipping costs.

The sum is deducted from the refund amount. 

 

EXCEPTIONS

Ordering to Turkey

Unfortunately, shipping to Turkey is not possible due to Turkish regulations.

You can select between Standard Courier and DHL Express. Standard delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days and Express 2-4 business days. These are estimates and we are not responsible for DHL's own delays and are not obliged to compensate for the extended delivery time.

 

ABOUT DHL EXPRESS

Fast delivery with DHL Express (On-Demand Delivery)

  • Delivery time depends on your country, but orders are usually delivered within 2-4 business days.
    If there are delays in the delivery of your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for DHL's own delays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification. 
  • DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. If it doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place. 

 

 

 

DHL will store the shipment for a short time only. If the shipment is not delivered within the storage period, it will be returned to the sender. The fee for the undelivered package is €19 and will be charged upon return process.

Available payment methods depend on the destination country. We accept the most common payment cards and offer an invoice option in some countries. You can see the payment methods available for your country at checkout.

HAVING TROUBLES WITH PAYMENT?

If your credit card is not accepted or you're facing any other problems at the checkout, we primarily recommend to try the following steps to finish the payment: 

  • Try selecting Shop Pay at the checkout (blue button)
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Try using another browser and/or device. Errors may occur especially with Safari.

RETURNS

Our return policy allows for a 14-day return period on all unopened and unused items. Please note that opened products are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to not ship parcels to customers with high return rate.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item. If they are already included in the product price, there will be a note at checkout clarifying. ​Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. ​It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.

Not satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry, we know that sometimes it's hard to shop online. You have the right to return your order within 14 days from receiving it, if the products are unopened and unused.
