A shampoo bar with mild but effective, biodegradable, earth-friendly surfactants (made from coconut and sugar), lemongrass and coconut oil that cleans just as well as conventional shampoo – even in places with hard water.

Unlike most shampoo bars, this is not a soap. Kihon's natural, organic & vegan solid shampoo doesn't make the hair heavy or leave any traces of minerals (like calcium) – but it does leave the hair nourished & clean.

Formulated to have a skin- & hair-friendly pH, this shampoo bar can also be used to clean the body or even the face. It's the perfect, travel-lite companion.

Use

Method #1: Wet your hair and the shampoo bar. Rub some of the product onto your hands and massage it into your hair. If you have longer hair, start at the roots and then move towards the ends. Let the shampoo do its job for about 30 seconds, then rinse it out. Repeat only if needed.

Method #2: You can also rub the bar directly onto your hair to work up a lather; this works especially great for shorter hair. If you have longer hair, you can rub the bar down the length of your hair from your head to the ends and work up a lather. Just as with Method #1, let the shampoo do its job for about 30 seconds, then rinse out and repeat if needed.

How to store your solid shampoo: Limiting moisture will make your bar last longer. Therefore, it's best to store your shampoo bar on a soap dish that will allow consistent airflow.
