Use

After cleansing in the evening, apply sleeping pack as the last step before bed, avoiding the eye and mouth areas. Wait 15 minutes for the mask to dry before going to bed. Remove the wrapping layer the next morning by either peeling it off or by cleansing the face with lukewarm water.
